Powder injection molding process and plastic injection molding process is consistent in principle, the equipment

sintering process has greatly, and even decisive influence on the microstructure and properties of the final products.
Post-processing: for size requires more precision parts, need to make the necessary post-processing. This process is the
same as the conventional procedures of heat treatment of metal products.
Injection molding technology in recent years is mainly develop in two directions: apply to the expansion of the material
system, to meet the unique binder and degreasing technology and development of the high reliability of production
equipment.
