Powder metallurgy technology plays irreplaceable role in parts manufacturing 

Powder metallurgy is an advanced manufacturing technology that collecting material preparation and parts forming,
energy saving, material saving, high efficiency and near net forming (final) and no (little) pollution. It has an
irreplaceable position and role in the material and parts manufacturing, has become the frontier of modern material
science development.  Powder metallurgy materials is a complex of matrix and pore. Its inherent pore, not only
significantly affects the powder metallurgy material mechanics, physics, chemistry and technology of the performance, but
also increase the difficulty of the powder precision forming process.

Enlarge the applied range of powder metallurgy parts, must be so as to realize the high densification, high performance
products into a platform, the powder metallurgy technology is developing towards high densification, high performance-
based, integration, optimization direction and low cost. In recent years, a series of powder metallurgy new technology,
new processed emerge in endlessly, and presents the accelerate development situation, warm pressing, flow warm pressing,
die wall lubrication, high speed suppression, dynamic magnetic suppression technology, explosion suppression technology,
the discharge plasma sintering, etc. New technology constantly emerging, trying to build for high density, high
performance, low cost and green manufacturing of complex parts system of powder forming technology.
Enlarge the applied range of powder metallurgy parts, must fulfill high-performance products, and to be the most
effective way to achieve this goal is to make the material high densification. Warm-pressing of powder metallurgy
compaction at a relatively low cost to create high density of powder metallurgy parts, found a best combining site for
powder metallurgy parts between performance and cost.  Difference warm-pressing and general powder metallurgy
process is, the use of metal powder and compacting under special lubricant in 130 ~ 150 ℃, to obtain high density
products, compact density of about 0.15 ~ 0.3 g/cm3 growing rate, and cost only a little higher than the conventional
powder metallurgy technology.  Powder metallurgy with unique chemical composition and mechanical and physical
properties, and the performance is unable to get with traditional casting method. Using powder metallurgy technology can
be directly made into porous, half density or fully dense material and products, such as the oil bearing, gear, CAM, guide,
cutting tool, etc., is a less, no cutting process.
