This laptop hinge leaf is manufactured by metal injection molding, combining multi-step bends, toothed locking features and mounting holes in a single sintered stainless steel part. MIM enables the thin, complex hinge geometry required by consumer electronics with excellent fatigue resistance and consistent torque performance over many cycles.
